A new year is a resolution. Aaaaah that word comes with a long sigh... Come on, it's gonna be fine!
What if the first resolution was to take care of you?!

We address you ladies and gentlemen!
You start by cleaning your skin thoroughly, and then apply a day cream to moisturize it and protect it from external aggressions.
Once a week, take at least two hours for yourself (not always simple I grant you, but feasible!), to vegetate, in a bath, on a sofa with a good book, or in front of a good movie... Take the opportunity to apply a mask for 30 minutes:-) Gentlemen, it's also for you! We love it when you have soft skin, we want to curl up against you even more!
